Very good burger. Best burger I had in a while. Nice a juicy and just very tasty. Chips are taste good as well. Well worth the money. This branch even had a nice friendly manager. Very helpful. Told my friend and I the different ways we could pay / order our food when we were debating if we should get lunch from there. Staff are friendly as well. Didn't have to wait long for the food to cook. We will definitely be back again when we are in Ealing.

The server we had at this location named Mia was exceptional! One of the best customer service experience I have had. She was so welcoming, informative and friendly. She made our experience at Honest Burger a good one!
We loved it. The burgers were delicious et the fries too. They asked how we wanted the meat cooked and it was exactly as we asked. It was nice and tasty. Lovely fries cooked with some herbs. Staff was nice, and served quickly. Definitely going back.
I had the most wonderful experience in this branch. They have many gluten free and vegan options to accomodate anyone, but most importantly in this specific restaurant the service was EXCELLENT. I came here for lunch with my boyfriend pk Saturday 11/6 and our waitress (straight brown short hair, probably foreigner) was the nicest, caring and attentive person. Thank you!!
